The form below reaches the editors, every note gets read, and the record gets corrected when a reader is right — a good observatory keeps revising its charts.

What it cannot do is give medical advice, suggest a dose, or help anyone get hold of a product. There is no clinic here and no vendor, no prescriber and no inventory. Health questions belong with a qualified clinician, not with a project whose whole job is summarizing published research.
